Our private villa is located in the prestigious Fuerteventura Golf Development, just a 5-minute walk from the 18th hole.

Please note that we are located in a residential area, so we kindly request that noise be kept to a minimum after 10pm - we don't want to wake up the neighbours!

Welcome to Villa Mimosa, your luxury holiday rental. Our villa offers a home from home, comfortable stay for your holiday. With a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious lounge with a dining area overlooking the outside terrace and main pool, you can relax and enjoy your time with family and friends.
Our villa features four bedrooms, with air con and ceiling fans, including a master bedroom with a king-size bed and en suite facilities. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed, while the remaining two bedrooms have 2 single beds.

We have just returned home from the perfect family holiday, the villa was just what we needed in a beautifully quiet location. We enjoyed our time chilling around the pool and hot tub as well as using the recommendations and our hire car to explore the island - we really valued the recommended driving routes which we felt gave us a good all round view of the place. The villa has everything that you might need as a young family, there are shops and services locally as well as a fantastic beach which we visited a number of times. Tracy has been so welcoming from our first enquiry to us returning home and checking that we were all ok and had enjoyed ourselves. We have absolutely no hesitation in re-booking the villa sometime as we had such a great stay, we would also recommend this property for anyone seeking a relaxing family holiday away from the crowds but with plenty to do.
Large spacious villa with pool (heated and very warm). really close to everything, and the Bird scooters which were scattered around, including a really convenient few right outside the Villa :-) made getting around really easy. Clean and tidy, and pictures accurately reflect the location and property. The area is a very quiet residential area - so it's good for families and relaxation. The 10pm local outdoor noise curfew was OK for us because we had young children, but worth considering if you're wanting a big group or a party. Roof terrace is amazing and gets the sun throughout the day with views right out to the sea. Really nice local beach about 15-20 mins walk away.

The villa was absolutely perfect for us and our family. Plenty of room inside and out, plus the added bonus of the hot tub, pool table and table tennis. We hired a car and so the resort centre was a very short drive away with plenty of restaurants and a lovely beach. We would definitely stay again, thank you!
Beautiful villa, lovely heated pool and jacuzzi. All games the ping pong table, the pool table and all the games present make it a true paradise. Roof terrace with sunsets :) house is very complete and beds are good. Only downside: the village is not very charming, and the planes fly back and forth across your house, which of course makes sense given the location! The hosts are very nice and helpful and respond super quickly. We hope to come back next February
